Each set is hand-laced, tensioned, and trued for maximum strength. Production takes 2–3 weeks depending on build complexity, then approximately 1 week to reach you.

Yes. Custom wheels arrive fully laced, tensioned, trued, and QC'd — bolt them on and ride. All other parts are also ready for immediate installation straight out of the box.

Standard orders ship within 2–5 business days and arrive in approximately 1 week. Custom wheel builds take 2–3 weeks in production before shipping. We'll keep you updated throughout so you know exactly when to expect your parts. We ship to AUS, NZ, US, and Canada.

We accept returns on unused, uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery. If something arrives damaged or doesn't match your order, we'll make it right — no runaround. Custom-built wheels are non-returnable once production has started, as they're built to your exact spec. Message us before ordering if you have any doubts about fitment.
